Our Therapy Practice
My work is shaped by my training and experience.
I will utilize a variety of modalities to assist in identifying and meeting your therapeutic goals. These include evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Person-Centered will always be the primary basis of therapy; You and your well-being are always my first priority.
Our Treatment Focus
I am currently specializing in adults and adolescents who suffer with anxiety/OCD and/or depression issues, including life changes and transitions which can often be difficult to face without help.
I also work with persons in recovery from substance use and other addiction-related issues, such as family members of those in active addiction or recovery.
Additionally, I enjoy working with children and families who are involved in the adoption process.
I have had and continue to have extensive training, experience, and supervision in all of these areas with other professionals in the field.
